If you’ve never stepped foot in a gym, just pick a free program to learn the basic exercises first. You will need access to standard lifting equipment like a Squat Rack, Barbell, Dumbbells, and Free Weight, etc! If you purchase this program I’m assuming you have a gym membership or a home gym. In order for this routine to work you need to be able to perform squats, bench, press, dead-lift, etc with perfect form. This program is NOT for someone who doesn’t have any basic lifting experience.
